As a certified Grant Professional and founder of HighPoint
Advisory, I bring over fifteen years of proven success in
transforming federal, state, and foundation grants opportunities
into meaningful impact. What motivates me is seeing how
strategic grant funding can breathe life into an organization's
mission.
Throughout my career in education and leadership, I've
experienced firsthand both the transformative power of grants
and the strain they can place on already-stretched teams. That's
why I founded HighPoint Advisory - to shoulder the complex
details of funding research, proposal writing, and grant
management, allowing organizations to focus on what they do
best: serving their communities.

My approach combines technical expertise with genuine partnership. I've successfully secured and managed grants from $65,000 to $2.5 million across diverse programs including education, workforce development, and community initiatives.
